A halved, bone-in leg of lamb, choose between:
- Leg Half (Center Cut), A beautiful roast with a single straight bone done the middle. The most popular bone-in cut from a leg. Approximately 5.00 lbs.
- Sirloin Half, Generally lighter and slightly more difficult to carve. Approximately 3.25 lbs.
