I HAVE NEVER COOKED LAMB BEFORE, WHAT SHOULD I TRY?
Lamb doesn't have to be complicated or only enjoyed at special occasion. We strive to provide high-quality lamb for ALL occasions, whether it be a Tuesday night dinner or Christmas Eve. If you have never had or cooked lamb, our question for you is: how do you like to cook?
If your answer is "set and forget or slow cooker", we recommend Fore Shanks. 6-8 hours in the crockpot and comes out perfect every time.
If your answer is "grilling", we recommend Chops or if you're feeling adventurous, we highly recommend the Shoulder Steaks.
If your answer is "as easy as possible" or "cannot mess up", we recommend Ground Lamb. Use it as you would other ground proteins!
PRO-TIP: Lamb fat is NOT drain friendly. Do NOT pour down the drain.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! We deliver directly to your doorstep. If you would like your lamb delivered, please select "delivery" at checkout. Deliveries are made on Saturdays and we will coordinate with you directly. In the summer months especially, please either plan to meet us at the door or have a cooler filled with plenty of ice.
IS THE LAMB FRESH OR FROZEN?
Our lamb comes to you frozen. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to safely thaw it before use.
