You cannot go wrong with grilled Lamb Chops! Not only are these grilled lamb chops delicious, they are also so easy to make and take less than 10 minutes to get on your plate.
COOK TIME: 8 minutes
- 1 package Boise River Lamb Chops
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
Recommended Spice Blends: Greek or Mediterranean flavors, Molly’s Mills Idahoan Blend.
- Unpackage and pat-dry the chops. Coat lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme, or whatever your spice blend of choice is.
- Heat grill to 400F and place chops directly on grate. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Pull off grill and let rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Plate with favorite sides and enjoy!
Note: Lamb chops can cook quickly,
monitor closely to ensure desired doneness is reached.
